GameCOG is currently down

Hey everybody, GameCOG will be down for the next few weeks. The staff and myself felt that we needed a break from maintaining the website as we're all currently very busy people. We felt that it would be good to close the website for a short amount of time while we begin the design process of putting together a cleaner and more up to date version of GameCOG, that will be further geared towards developing games within a community of other developers.
We should be back online within 8 to 12 weeks, with a better constructed website. All data that was on the site, including user accounts, posts, projects, etc, will be kept and updated along with the new version of the site - so no worries there. If you need to collect anything that may have been on the site immidiately (before the site goes back up), please press the contact link located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Thank you all for your great support the last year, and we look forward to seeing you in a few months, with a better website.

Hey, while GameCOG is down, why not learn some new stuff with Flash so that you can start developing some cool flash stuff?
Try out the Flashpunk Library, and if that's not really what you're after, then go give the Flixel Library a try!

I know some people don't like the smiley face, and I respect that.. I just couldn't think of anything else to put there for the time being. So for now, until I redo that image... it's going to be that image...
